Terms of Use
Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Please also note the following. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Tabi Note Pro
Tabi Note Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in App Store subscriptions. Cancelling mid-period does not give a prorated refund; refunds follow Apple’s policies.
2. Packs and the Municipality Map (one-time purchases)
Collection packs and the Municipality Map can also be bought individually as one-time purchases (Tabi Note Pro includes all of them). With the same Apple Account, you can restore them after changing devices or reinstalling with “Restore Purchases”. We may update pack contents (places and basic information) without notice to keep them accurate.
3. Maps and listed information
The app’s maps are made as a guide for keeping travel records and do not guarantee the accuracy of borders or administrative boundaries, or endorse any position. See Settings → Map Data Sources in the app for how countries and regions are counted and where the data comes from. Spot descriptions, addresses and opening hours are based on public information; please check each facility’s official website for the latest details.
4. Disclaimer
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for damages arising from the suspension or end of the app, loss of records, or similar events.
5. Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the update on this page with the revision date.
