Can I sync my records with my other iPhone or iPad?

Yes. Devices signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account sync automatically. No sign-up is needed.

What happens to my records when I get a new phone?

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on the new device and install the app — your records come back. If you aren’t signed in to iCloud, records are stored only on that device.

I can’t paint Japan on the world map

Japan’s color on the world map is set automatically from your 47 prefectures. Tap Japan on the world map to switch to the Japan map and paint prefectures there.

Small countries are hard to tap

Use the List tab to search for a country by name and paint it.

What does Tabi Note Pro include?

All collection packs and the Municipality Map, no ads, the map of the 50 U.S. states + Washington, D.C., and high-resolution share images without the logo.

Can I buy a single pack?

Yes. Each pack and the Municipality Map can be bought individually as a one-time purchase. Municipalities in a prefecture you mark as “Lived” are free.

My Pro or packs disappeared after changing devices or reinstalling

Tap Settings → Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy them.

How do I cancel Pro?

Go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal.
